These measures are meant to protect the health of every pet that boards with us.

Some pets may need to be medicated during their stay and we are able to accommodate. There will be a $5 charge per administration. For example: if your dog needs to be medicated for situational anxiety and there is only one occurrence, you will be charged $5. If your dog develops an ear infection during their stay and our veterinarian prescribes a medicine that needs to be applied twice a day for three days, you will be charged $30.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I bring blankets, beds and toys?

Unfortunately, we do not allow this. We have plenty of toys, blankets and beds. Although we understand that it may be comforting for your pet to have their own, these items may carry infectious agents, so we ask you not to bring any of these.

Can I bring food and/or treats for you to feed my pet while they board?

Absolutely! We prefer to give your pet the food and treats they like and it’s better for their digestive health. Please provide us with feeding instructions (amount and frequency).

Can I drop off or pick up outside of the designated time windows?

Please pay attention to our designated drop-off and pick-up times to ensure that the proper staff are here to assist you with the process. If you are not able to make your scheduled drop off or pick up time, please call our office to discuss details.

Can I board my multiple dogs together in a large dog villa?

Even if pets are from the same household, we still require them to be boarded in separate villas. This is to prevent any conflicts that may arise because of the unfamiliar surroundings. However, we do note when pets are from the same household, so that they may spend quality time together (playtime and walks).
